Fitter & Faster is producing a 2-day swim camp for competitive swimmers ages 11 & Over at the Dublin Memorial Park Pool in Madison, Alabama on November 1 & 2, 2025!
COMPLETE BUTTERFLY & BREASTSTROKE RACING SKILLS SWIM CAMP (Ages 11 & Over)
DAY 1 (Saturday, November 1):
-> Session 1: Starts, Underwaters & Butterfly Breakouts
-> Session 2: Butterfly Technique
DAY 2 (Sunday, November 2):
-> Session 3: Breaststroke Technique
-> Session 4: Open Turns, Underwater Pullouts & Finishes

Our top priority is to provide a world-class learning experience for all participants at all of our camps. This camp has sessions for swimmers ages 11 & Over. Participants will range from one year of competitive swimming experience to AAAA times and faster. If you are the parent of a swimmer under the age of 11 and would like for your swimmer to be considered for the younger sessions of this camp, please complete this questionnaire.

Youssef Elkamash
Youssef Elkamash is an Egyptian swimmer who has represented his country in the African Games and World Championships. He swam in college at Indiana University where he was a NCAA All-American, and continues to compete following his collegiate career due to his love for the sport. Youssef likes teaching Fitter and Faster camp participants about proper body alignment and helping them understand their unique body position in the water. He also focuses on technical skills that will make athletes more efficient in the water.
