Fitter & Faster is producing a 2-day swim camp for the Senior Group and selected JO Group swimmers at the New Canaan YMCA on January 3 & 4, 2026!
FAST TURNS, UNDERWATERS, STARTS & MORE SWIM CAMP - Senior & JO Select Group
DAY 1 — Saturday, January 3
→ Flip Turns, Open Turns, Underwater Foundations & Finishes
→ Video Filming (optional add-on): 8:15–10:15 AM
→ Check-In: 2:15 PM, Camp: 2:30–5:30 PM
DAY 2 — Sunday, January 4
→ Fast Starts, Powerful Underwaters & Breakout Execution
→ Check-In: 11:45 AM, Camp 12–3 PM
🎥 VIDEO FILMING & ANALYSIS – January 3 (8:15–10:15 AM)
Give your swimmer a pro-style video analysis of their stroke! Each 5–15 minute session varies by the number of strokes recorded, with exact filming times emailed one week prior.
