Introduction
Fitter & Faster is producing a swim clinic specifically for Star Group swimmers at the New Canaan YMCA—featuring The Fifth Stroke: Underwaters and a Video Filming & Analysis Session!
🎥 Optional Add On: Video Filming & Analysis Session – January 3 (8:15–10:15 AM)
Each 5–15 minute session varies based on the number of strokes recorded. Exact filming times will be emailed one week prior.
