All of the instructors were hands on. Did a fantastic job of being in the water/observing & correcting the kids. Just thank you for helping my child as much as you did. This was a fantastic clinic, you could tell all involved were there to help the swimmers. They all worked really hard.

Brett, Katie and Marina were excellent in the introductions and during the Q&A. While Katie’s and Brett’s Olympic success is impressive, Marina’s story resonated with my daughter the most. Not everyone is going to have a medal, but you still give it your all. You are doing it for your “why”. And as my daughter said, ‘her story isn’t close to being over’! We wish both Katie and Marina much success.

Brett Hawke is an amazing clinician. I listened to him with through both age groups and he was easily able to adjust for each age group. Katie and Marina were really good with the kids in the water. Each child got specialized attention. We are so glad we found you guys. My daughter loves these clinics. She seems to pick up so much in a short time and we love that it’s something fresh outside of a normal swim practice. Thanks to the founder for creating this for everyone to enjoy!

Both my children followed the directions of the clinicians and wrote down everything that they learned from the clinic as well as the drills that were performed. There were many technical aspects that were retained (e.g. elbows cannot pass the head/timing of the breaststroke…). But additionally, it was very inspirational to them to hear that it took time for the clinicians to evolve and grow into Olympians. They did not peak at 12-13, but rather later. Very inspirational talk about not giving up, learning from failures and disappointments, skills can be carried to other aspects of life. They have combined over 8 pages of notes! I was not expecting such a well structured clinic, with strong emphasis on breaking down the stroke into small increments. My son said this was the inspiration he needed to get back in the pool and work hard. My daughter was inspired to hear that Olympians also get nervous, miss goals, and get discouraged.
We will attend every camp we can!

We will attend every camp we can fit into our schedule. This was a very positive experience. The Olympians at the camp, Tucker Dupree in particular is an incredible instructor and communicator. The volunteers did a wonderful job. The Olympians interacted with us prior to the start of pictures which was very comforting and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and sincerely appreciate them taking their time to run this clinic. We are grateful.

Improvement in 2 hours!

The swim coaches did an awesome job with the kids. I noticed an improvement on my kid’s flip turns after the 2 hour session. They made the event fun which is also important. We will definitely be attending another clinic.

First Clinic! Very Motivational!

Fitter and Faster Swim Tour was organized, informative and motivational. The clinician held the attention of the kids and was able to manage the entire group to make sure everyone was getting the information and instruction. Great Job! My daughter was on cloud 9 after the clinic and cannot wait to implement what she learned at practice. She is so excited for this season. Thank you for sharing your motivation and passion with the kids!

Tyler, Brett, and Reed were outstanding clinicians! Tyler was very technical and my swimmer learned an immense amount! Tyler was the perfect amount of strict while still being engaging and fun. I would definitely do another clinic with these men again! Thank you! I think you did an amazing job and were able to get the information across to our young swimmer in a way he was able to understand! He is dying for his next classroom show and tell so he can show all his friends his signed backpack!

I want to send a personal “Thank you” to clinician Tom Luchsinger for his Fitter and Faster work with my son a week ahead of Junior Olympics. My son dropped 9 seconds in the 100 fly, moving from 72nd place to 32nd on the Potomac Valley JO psych sheet. Tom’s personal attention was part of that gain. The biggest plus is after 2 Fitter and Faster fly clinics (the 1st in December with Jack Conger) my son is no longer embarrassed to perform the stroke among his more formerly “experienced” swim peers. Your clinics gave my son needed confidence to improve his swimming. Thanks again!
