F and F camps do a great job in having the four sessions vary. The one my child attended was the perfect combination of what I felt she could benefit the most. I would love for her to work on the other strokes not covered but there is only so much time. I wish there were more camps in our area. – Lisa in Calhoun, GA

My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Fly/ Breast clinic.
She was able to get feedback about her strokes and how to improve her movements in the water. The instructors were very motivating and positive.
The pacing of the clinic was great, building the strokes without overwhelming the swimmers.
