Being in the service industry – I tend to be an very tough critic – this was a top notch event due to the staff and Ous and Felicia!! They really made a great team – well prepared, thoughtful and never any weird power struggle of who was to speak next. They even engaged me – I stayed and watched them work the kids and provide personal interaction with control and ease!

FLAWLESS!!!! Everyone was outstanding from start to finish- loved that the pretty blond girl circulated with parents to ask them for feedback – the Ous and Felicia- were really approachable, down to earth and engaged. Really good role models that the kids found easy to talk – both were incredibly humble!!

The introductions were fantastic! What Chloe and Nick shared about growing up swimming and some of their road blocks were great! I loved how they both had very different paths to get to the Olympics. It was great for the swimmers and the parents to hear these stories.
