My son just repeats at random intervals, “Mom and OLYMPIAN said “good job” and high fived me three times!” I have asked him dozens of time to kick harder to no avail. Seems Brett Hawke and Shane Ryan just had to say it once 🙂

F&F staff and Olympian Amanda Weir were all so friendly, made the event fun for the kids. And if they’re having a great time and not nervous with an elite athlete in the pool with them, then they’re learning a lot!

He reveals a few of his other times in the video too. Inquisitive swimmers are the fastest. They look for every opportunity to learn/improve. They know every fraction counts!

Wow. Tyler Clary is a great instructor. Fitter and Faster Swim clinic has been awesome!! Julia, Amy, Michelle, Isabella and Emery all came out. Can't wait to hear what they share!!

It was a great event! We enjoyed meeting Chloe Sutton and I feel she gave great attention to all the swimmers. I enjoyed how the registration was kept to a smaller group of swimmers considering there was just one Coach instructing and watching the participants.

Fitter and Faster produced a double header set of clinics in Ridgefield, CT. We had 81 participants (big kids/studs) in our High Performance session.
So well organized. No chaos. These participants are going to be faster from this clinic. Don’t take it from us… listen to Coach Emmanuel Lanzo.
Nobody can do it like the incredible Fitter and Faster curriculum planners, event managers and clinicians.
We’ve been doing this for 8 years. Never gets old. Every single clinic is an important experience for all the participants. We take that so seriously.
