Introduction
Fitter & Faster is producing a Competitive Enrichment Swim Clinic for swimmers ages 7 to 9, focused on progressing from dives to racing starts that launch every race with power and confidence. This clinic will be held at Rockford High School on January 24, 2026.
Participants will develop the coordination, confidence, and strength to execute an effective start and carry momentum into their first stroke. Our Competitive Enrichment Curriculum for developing swimmers builds essential skills and fosters a lifelong love for swimming in a fun, supportive setting.

Observe clinicians swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast swimming.
PUT YOUR SKILLS TO THE TEST
Throughout the camp, swimmers will practice what they've learned with some of the world's most elite Swimmer Clinicians and coaches!
