Fitter & Faster is producing a 2-day swim camp at Davan Pool at the Westbrook Community Center in Westbrook, Maine, on December 27 & 28, 2025!
FAST STARTS, TURNS, UNDERWATERS & MORE SWIM CAMP
DAY 1 (Saturday, December 27): Starts, Underwaters & Breakouts
DAY 2 (Sunday, December 28): Flip Turns, Open Turns & Finishes

🕘 SESSION START TIMES FOR BOTH DAYS:
Ages 9 to 11:
-> DAY 1: Check-in 7:45 AM, Camp 8-10:30 AM
-> DAY 2: Check-in 10 AM, Camp 10:15-12:45 PM
Ages 12 & Over:
-> DAY 1: Check-in 11:15 AM, Camp 11:30-2:30 PM
-> DAY 2: Check-in 1:30 PM, Camp 1:45-4:45 PM
Suggested Participants
Our top priority is to provide a world-class learning experience for all participants at all of our camps. This camp has sessions for swimmers ages 9 to 11 and 12 & older. Participants will range from one-year of competitive swimming experience to AAAA times and faster. If you are the parent of a swimmer under the age of 9 and would like for your swimmer to be considered for the younger sessions of this camp, please complete this questionnaire.
Curriculum

Swimmers and parents are invited to ask the clinicians questions during a Q&A session. Gain insight into their training regimen, diet and nutrition, and recovery tactics.
WATCH THE CLINICIANS
Observe clinicians swim at full speed and demonstrate a progression of perfectly executed drills to achieve powerful, efficient and fast swimming.
PUT YOUR SKILLS TO THE TEST
Throughout the camp, swimmers will practice what they've learned with some of the world's most elite Swimmer Clinicians and coaches!

Rafael Miroslaw
Olympian Rafael Miroslaw is a freestyle sprint and mid-distance swimmer who represented Germany at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Rafael’s clinics are technique focused, as he believes technique is essential for growth in the sport, saying “a couple hundredths of a second of improvement can make a difference in a race.”
